Custom-made products
All products sold in our shop are made to order. This includes custom-sized frames and passe-partouts, which are cut specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please review all measurements, materials, and options carefully before placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Linen passe-partouts – important information
Our linen passe-partouts are made from high-quality board with a textile linen structure. Due to the natural texture of this material:

Fine cutting lines or slight irregularities may be visible

Edges may appear less sharp than standard cardboard passe-partouts
This is normal and part of the authentic look and feel of linen materials, not a defect.
If you prefer a cleaner, sharper cut:

Standard cardboard passe-partouts are a better option

Or choose a finer linen structure instead of a coarse linen
By ordering a linen passe-partout, you acknowledge and accept these material characteristics.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
In accordance with EU consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, which are produced according to your specifications.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and the item within 12 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a fitting solution such as replacing glass or a new passe-partout.
