Section 4 – Custom-Made Products

All products sold in our shop are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications, including sizes, materials, and finishes.

Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details.

Section 5 – Linen Passe-Partouts

Linen passe-partouts are made from board with a natural textile structure. Due to this material:

Fine cutting lines or slight irregularities may be visible
Edges may appear less sharp than standard cardboard passe-partouts

These characteristics are part of the intended look and do not constitute a defect.

Section 6 – Pricing and Modifications to the Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

Section 7 – Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Processing times vary due to the custom-made nature of our products and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Section 8 – Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms of Service.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defects, or errors on our part.

Section 9 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passepartout Shop shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
